If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return it to us for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and be in an unworn, unused condition with the original tags attached.
After 14 days you can still return your order to us, however we can only offer a refund in the form of a gift card or exchange,
For an item that is faulty to qualify for a refund the item must be returned to us within 28 days,
After this time we can only offer either a gift card to the value or a replacement item. This policy expires 6 months after receipt of the item.
Any footwear must be returned in its original box (if supplied boxed), with adequate protection in the parcel so that the box does not get damaged in transit.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, face masks or cosmetic products unless they are faulty.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return it back to you.
Regarding international parcels, Just Hype is not responsible for any return custom charges incurred.

We would advise using our subsidised returns system, where we pay for the return, and deduct £2.95 from your final refund. To use this service, please click here and follow the on screen instructions. This will allow us to view the return as soon as the first scan has happened, and gives us the ability to make a claim against the courier for any potential loss in transit, and also so we can check the delivery in the unlikely event of the parcel being misplaced in the warehouse.

If you do not have access to a printer, please do not worry, a QR code will be emailed to you, which you can present at the post office, and they will print the label for you. You can also arrange a pickup of the parcel, if you are unable to make it to the post office from as little as 60p
If you wish to send yourself, then we would advise using a tracked service, for the same reasons as above, but any loss liability will have to be dealt with by the sender (you).
We endeavour to process all refunds within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the order, within 5 days from issue.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
