If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund.
To qualify for a cash refund, all items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order and be in an unworn, unused condition with the original swing tags attached.
Between 15-28 days you can still return your order to us, however we can only offer a refund in the form of a gift card or exchange.
For an item that is faulty, to qualify for a cash refund the item must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your order.
After this time we can only offer either a gift card to the value or a replacement item. Please note this policy expires 6 months from receipt of the original order.
Any footwear must be returned in its original box (if supplied boxed), with adequate protection in the parcel so that the box does not get damaged in transit.
For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, face masks or cosmetic products unless they are faulty.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return it back to you.
Regarding international parcels, Just Hype is not responsible for any return custom charges incurred.

If you do not have access to a printer, please include the required information on a piece of paper.
For UK customers wishing to return non faulty item/s, we would advise using our Royal Mail subsidised returns system, where we initially pay for the return and when your return is processed, we deduct £2.95 from your final refunded amount. This will allow us to view the return as soon as the first scan has happened, and gives us the ability to make a claim against the courier for any potential loss in transit.
We can also check the delivery in the unlikely event of the parcel being misplaced in the warehouse.

If you do not have access to a printer, please do not worry, a QR code will be emailed to you, which you can present at the post office, and they will print the label for you. You can also arrange a pickup of the parcel from as little as 60p if you are unable to make it to the post office.
If you wish to send the parcel back yourself, then we would advise using a tracked service for the same reasons as above, but any loss liability will have to be dealt with by the sender (you).
We endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of your parcel, however during busy periods it may take up to 21 days for your return to be processed.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the order within 5 days from issue.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items purchased from our Hype stores, these must be returned to the store they were purchased from.
