We issue a refund for shipping costs only in certain circumstances, such as a faulty item being returned for a refund in a single-item order or an item that was not sold as advertised being returned for a refund from a single-item order.
We also refund the standard postage costs of an order cancelled within 14 days from receipt, under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013.
Please note that if you have a faulty item we can only refund the postage that you originally paid when placing the order.
We are unable to refund you for any postage charges that you incur for shipping an item back to us.
